• For Owners: Name, Email Address, Contact Number, Restaurant Address.
• For Customers: Name, Mobile Number, Wallet Balance, Transaction History, and a 4-Digit Security PIN (Stored securely).

2. How We Use Your Information

We use personal information collected via our platform for a variety of business purposes described below:

• To facilitate digital wallet top-ups and payment deductions via TapCraves cards.
• To provide restaurant owners with analytics (Active customers, revenue tracking).
• To administer rewards, gamification, and loyalty programs.
• To send administrative information and updates regarding your orders or account.

We have implemented appropriate technical and organizational security measures designed to protect the security of any personal information we process. TapCraves relies on Google's highly secure Firebase Cloud infrastructure to store your data safely. However, please remember that no electronic transmission over the Internet or information storage technology can be guaranteed to be 100% secure.

4. NFC/QR Card Usage

The TapCraves physical cards function using standard NFC (Near Field Communication) and secure Dual-QR Code technology. Cards are linked to specific users and require the correct 4-digit PIN for access to the web-based digital wallet to prevent unauthorized usage.

5. Will Your Info Be Shared?

We do not share, sell, rent, or trade any of your information with third parties for their promotional purposes. Customer data is strictly visible only to the specific Restaurant Owner where the card is registered and the customer themselves.
